While shipping delays are out of Subset's control after we hand off your package to the carrier, we're here to help! Please check the tracking information within your shipping confirmation email to confirm its status.

If your order is being shipped within the US and has not been scanned by the USPS in the last 7 days, please reach out to our team at hello@wearsubset.com and we'll get you sorted!

If your order is being shipped internationally and has not been scanned in the last 10 days, let our team know!
