Excellent customer service + my very favorite underwear!

I have worn the high-rise briefs for the last few years...since Knickey days. They quickly became my favorite underwear based on comfort, quality and the style, nothing else I've tried really compares. Somehow these undies are both sexy and incredibly comfy at the same time. I have no issues with them riding up at all, however I ran into some problems with the elastic with a recent purchase and after talking with customer service they transparently explained the issue and replaced the pairs that had the problem. Beyond how much I love the undies, this company's kindness, intentionality, honesty and generosity are qualities that make me feel like i'm investing in something I believe in and value as a long-time customer. <3
