Fits well, I purchased 2 of these, different colors and sizes just to see how they fit. The medium is great, but so is the large. I’m not sure which I like better. Depends on what I’m wearing.

Subset Organic Cotton — for go-to- fit and comfort

I love these panties so much. I have tried many brands, these are by far the best. Although cold water washing and hanging to dry is suggested, I run them with my regular hot-water wash and into the dryer they go. They wash and dry beautifully. Here in the Pacific Northwest, it would take too long to hang dry. [Unless it was summertime.] These are the very best!
